Glowing Through the Dark explores the connection

between body image and mental health, reflecting my

personal journey through both. Inspired by the theme of

intersectional identity, this collection draws from my lived

experiences—from struggling with body image as an under-weight child to finding confidence and growth over time.

The color palette moves from green to black in a smooth

ombré, symbolizing the emotional highs and lows of

mental health. Green represents moments of growth and

healing, while black speaks to the darker periods I’ve faced.

Together, the transition tells a story of resilience, transformation, and self-acceptance.

This collection is for anyone who has ever struggled with

how they see themselves—physically, mentally, or both. I

hope it serves as a reminder that even in darkness, we can

still glow.
