Media & Photography Guidelines

 

Buffalo State RUNWAY has official photographers covering the event.
Only these authorized photographers will have access to the designated press pool throughout the show.

 

Our Marketing Team selects and approves all official photographers. Images from RUNWAY will be available for viewing after the event on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

 

News Media Access

 

News media are invited to cover RUNWAY. All media representatives must:

• Check in at the main entrance upon arrival

• Obtain and wear a media pass at all times while covering the event

 

At this time, separate media passes for bloggers are not available.

We kindly request that all media respect our guests and refrain from standing or sitting in front of ticket holders. Thank you for helping us maintain a positive viewing experience for all attendees.

 

Private Photographers & Videographers

 

If you are a hired photographer or videographer working for one of our student designers, you must contact us in advance to request access:

Please note:

• Cameras and videography are not permitted backstage

• Approval does not guarantee placement in the press pool

 

General Photography Policy

 

For the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests:

• Non-credentialed photographers are strictly prohibited from interfering with or obstructing the view of guests, sponsors, or official Buffalo State photographers.

• Photographers should minimize their footprint and bring only the equipment necessary for event coverage.

• RUNWAY reserves the right to restrict or remove any individual who does not comply with these policies.
